The indoor observation deck offers incredible views of the city. Check-in took a long time, which was frustrating. Enjoyed the stand-up comedy at the hotel; it was a fun night. The atmosphere in the casino can feel a bit overwhelming at times. It’s great that parking is complimentary, but the resort fees are quite high.

The live music at the casino was a highlight of our stay, really enjoyable atmosphere. The room could have been cleaner and we found some stains on the carpet. Overall a decent place.

The ironing facilities were lacking, as we requested an iron that never arrived during our two-day stay. This caused inconvenience as we had wrinkled clothes that needed attention. The heating and air conditioning in the room was a bit of a letdown. The AC system, which could not be turned off, was quite noisy and disrupted our sleep throughout the night. the room lacked a coffee maker, which was a disappointment for someone who enjoys a cup of coffee in the morning. On the bright side, the room did come equipped with free toiletries, a flat-screen TV, and comfortable bedding. The complimentary Wi-Fi provided was a bit unreliable, often disconnecting and offering slow speeds reminiscent of dial-up internet, which was frustrating when trying to stay connected. Housekeeping seemed to have missed a few details during our stay, as we noticed missing tissues in the box and a lack of cleanliness in certain areas. we appreciated the fact that dry cleaning services were available on-site for our convenience. The hotel's valet parking and shuttle service were useful amenities, making it easy to navigate the area without having to worry about parking. Although the room had its drawbacks, the staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and accommodating, which enhanced our overall experience.

The casino has a nice vibe with great live music and awesome happy hour specials. Sadly, room cleanliness was really disappointing, especially with mold in the shower and dusty floors.

The staff are friendly and helpful, making you feel welcomed. There’s a 24-hour diner nearby for late-night snacks, and the valet service is quick and easy.
It wasn't inexpensive, but tolerable for the experience.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. I appreciated the double queen layout, featuring ample toiletries that were refilled daily. Coffee pods and a maker added convenience. the toilet had flushing issues, and the shower often lacked hot water, which was frustrating. The room had an unpleasant stale odor, reminiscent of an old ashtray. Noise levels were disruptive, especially from the TV. Housekeeping was prompt but missed sanitizing certain areas, contributing to an unsatisfactory experience. The location was decent, with nearby amenities like Starbucks, but the lack of customer service was disappointing.

The hallways need better lighting. The carpet was dirty, with objects lurking beneath my feet. The room's light exceeded expectations, but the shower lacked safety features—a grab bar is essential. Be cautious with the air conditioning; it creates a temperature tug-of-war. The rooftop pool was closed, leaving me frustrated. the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom spacious. The staff was welcoming and the daily cleaning was commendable. slow check-in and malfunctioning amenities took away from the experience. Despite the decent breakfast and great location, improvements are needed. A memorable stay should not come with a laundry list of grievances. Better attention to detail is necessary.

The room was shabby, and the bathtub was filthy. Plus, the staff ignored our request for a crib. It felt like a hassle just to get through each day. Definitely not worth it.

Great rooftop pool and clean rooms. Long wait at check-in was frustrating.

Booked a non-smoking room but ended up in a smelly smoking one, which was a disappointing start. the rooftop views and Top of the World restaurant did impress—great food and ambiance. The pool vibe was fun, and the casino offered decent games with lower bets. dealing with long wait times for check-in and customer service was a real headache, especially on my birthday weekend. The added fees felt sneaky and made it hard to enjoy the stay. If you're okay with smoke and some hassle, the views and lively atmosphere might be worth it.

I loved staying at this hotel because it’s at the top end of the strip, making it a great starting point for weekend strolls to nearby adventures like the High Roller, which is just a bit over 3 km away, and the Las Vegas Arts District is only a little over 1 km from my door, offering plenty of local charm and sights to explore; plus, the on-site café had amazing prices for delicious bites. The atmosphere in the casino was lively but not overwhelmingly smoky, and my room was tidy and comfortable, although the hallways could use a little updating.

The pool is nice and perfect for chilling after a long day. The staff tries hard to help and the location is super convenient.
Check-in took forever and felt completely chaotic.

We had a great view of the Stratosphere tower from our room on the 24th floor. the location was excellent for being central to Fremont Street and the South Strip. the Strat-Café offered very good meals for reasonable prices. the concierge was very competent, and the rooftop pool and bar provided a very nice experience. we found the buffet to be very good and affordable, and the free parking was a bonus. it was an excellent value compared to other Vegas hotels.
there was nothing i didn't like 😊

access to the tower at a discounted price was a nice perk.
Checking in was a nightmare! It took forever, and the whole process was a mess.

Had a great weekend stay at this hotel! The Elite room was clean and spacious, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The pool area was fantastic, offering a lot of amenities to enjoy. Additionally, the bellman and valet service provided excellent customer service, making our experience even more enjoyable.
There were a few issues during our stay. The room we stayed in had a lingering smell of smoke in a non-smoking room, which was unpleasant.

Had a blast with friends at the tallest tower in Vegas, crazy thrill rides, and a cool revolving restaurant with epic views! Casino floor was poppin' with tons of games—we lost too much money but it was lit!
Wish they had more wild pool parties! .

At The STRAT, my family and I enjoyed endless views from the iconic SkyPod, indulged in exquisite cuisine at the revolving restaurant, and took on the thrilling rides. The updated bars and refreshed casino floor added to our exciting experience.
My children wanted more kid-friendly attractions.

I spun around in a revolving sky, high restaurant for hours; played immersive golf games; rode heart, pounding thrill rides, and enjoyed comfort food and city views, all while sipping on craft beers. What an exhilarating experience!
Couldn't find any potpourri for my marijuana, scented room.

I chose the Strat Hotel, Casino & Tower for its proximity to the iconic Thrill Rides, and I was pleasantly surprised by the stunning view of Las Vegas from one of the private dining rooms on the 103rd, 104th, or 108th floor. The resort-style family pool on the 8th floor with oversized hot tubs, cabanas, and a special events area was a delightful escape.
Pathetic experience. Will not return.

My stay at this hotel was delightful. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff did a great job. Upon check-in, I was informed about the ongoing renovation and given the option to upgrade for a small fee. The location, although not directly on the Vegas Strip, was only a short 15-20 minute drive away. The bus stop right outside the hotel was a bonus, with buses running 24/7. I found this hotel to be a great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to others. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
The only downside I encountered was the long wait at the front desk when seeking assistance.
